Daily traffic count exceeds 9,000, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
The building was built in 1970 and features a paved and fenced parking lot. The property is located within the Petersburg city limits, and is about a mile from Interstate 95, nearly two miles from Colonial Heights and slightly more than two miles from Virginia State University. The Southpark Mall and Virginia Motorsports Park are nearby, and it is 23 miles from Richmond.
